The MECX-TAP JV, LLC joint venture (MECX-TAP) was recently awarded its first project by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) for a soil remediation project in Eastern Michigan. The project involves the excavation, transportation and disposal of approximately 600 tons of petroleum-affected soils, site backfilling and restoration and conducting groundwater monitoring activities in the vicinity of the remediation project. MECX-TAP anticipates completing the project during late summer 2019.
